  • Mind: Focus on understanding intellect, memory, knowledge, and sensory input systems to improve the clarity of thinking and action/reaction
  • Body/Soul: focus on who we are, identity, and inner strength – to improve consciousness and inner awareness. End – PRAYERS

  • Practicing Visualisation: Natural water/Ice/Vapour/SAS Observation
